The registration is carried out by filling in an online form, available in the option “Open Account” on the homepage of the website www.paylivre.com, combined with the supply of the documents requested by Paylivre.
Paylivre declares the adoption of governance and compliance practices in line with the best standards in the market and carries out preventive procedures and actions to fight fraud, corruption and money laundering.
Paylivre may reject any documentation sent outside the required standards, and may, at its sole discretion, request the User to send new copies of the documentation and / or complementary documentation, and the refusal, by the User, to send this documentation, in whole or in part, it may give rise to the cancellation of the Registration.
Only the Registries of interested parties that meet the following requirements will be approved:
the provision of an active e-mail address, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration Number), date of birth and other information and documents requested by Paylivre;
filling in bank account data held by the User for withdrawals in Reais to the Account;
who are 18 years old or,
if under 18, who are 16 years old, provided that with assistance of a legal guardian. In the latter case, besides the User’s personal data and documents, all documentation related to the legal guardian that may be requested by Paylivre must also be sent, at its sole discretion. Registrations of interested parties under the age of 16 will not be accepted, and in cases of emancipation, the interested party must present the documents proving such condition;
the provision of an active e-mail address, CNPJ (National Register of Legal Entity), company’s constitution document or the last amendment to the Contract / Statute and other information and documents requested by Paylivre;
be represented, at the time of the registration request, by a legal representative duly constituted for that purpose, and the documentation of the respective legal representative must be presented, as requested by Paylivre; and
filling in bank account data held by the User for withdrawals in Reais to the Account.
Paylivre will not be responsible for any mistakes made by the User when registering his bank data on the Platform.
When registering, the User must create a login and password to access his Account on the Platform.
The login and password are personal and non-transferable and, must be kept confidentially and kept by the User diligence, obliging the User to adopt diligent practices to preserve the login and password data from access and / or awareness by third parties. In this sense, the User must keep his smartphone, tablet and / or computer devices properly protected with antivirus tools, and must not access his Account from public computers and / or third party devices and, if he does, he must take all precautions to make sure that there are no viruses or tools that allow or may allow the copying of the imputed data in the referred device, being fully and exclusively responsible for the risks of such practice and possible losses and damages eventually incurred by the User and / or third parties.
If you are aware that any third party had access to your login and / or password or the occurrence of any unauthorized use or access of your Account by third parties, the User must immediately request a password change through the Website, option “Security”, in the “Profile” menu, and immediately communicate the fact to Paylivre, through the email email@example.com or the “Support” menu available on the Website.
The User understands and agrees that Paylivre may, whenever necessary, enrich data related to the User, its responsible or legal representative, so that the registration database is robust and prepared for the appropriate compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements , being able, for that, to use available information in public and / or private bases and / or other sources and tools available in the market.
Paylivre may, at any time, at its sole discretion, request the User’s registration update, as well as the presentation of additional documents and information for such purpose, and may, as the case may be, condition the Platform access and use continuity and / or the processing of deposits linked to the User with the prior provision of such documents and information.
The User Account may be blocked, suspended or permanently inactivated if the User refuses, in whole or in part, to provide the information or to send the documents required by Paylivre under the terms established herein.
Each User may maintain only a single Register and a single Account on the Platform. If it is found that there is more than one Register or Account related to the same person (natural or legal), these Registrations and / or Accounts may be suspended or canceled, so that only one or no Register and / or Account will be maintained, at Paylivre’s sole discretion.
impossibility of the User’s identity verifying and / or finding evidence of a crime;
the adoption of any behavior, by the User, which, at Paylivre’s sole discretion, is incompatible with the objectives of the Platform, as well as with urbanity with other Users and / or which may, in any way, cause damage to third parties and / or the Platform and / or Paylivre’s image and
legal request made by a competent authority.
The User may, at any time, request the cancellation of his Account on the Platform, and Paylivre is now authorized to keep the User’s information and / or data to meet legal and / or regulatory obligations or, even, for compliance with a judicial and / or administrative order and clarification of questions arising from the activities performed by the User on the Platform.
In any event of a User’s Account cancellation, and provided that there is no court order or competent administrative, supervisory or regulatory authority to the contrary, Paylivre will convert the balance into reais of the electronic currencies contained in the User’s Account and transfer the same amount in Reais then to an available bank account held by the respective User, according to the data registered by him on the Platform.
