The registration data provided by the Holder must be complete, with exact, accurate and true information, and the Holder is solely responsible, civilly and criminally, for the data provided, also being obliged to update them whenever necessary and/or requested. .
Whenever necessary, our Compliance team may request proof of income from our clients, in order to present to the regulatory bodies the documentation provided for in the regulations. Documents of proof are considered, among others: Complete Income Tax Declaration by Payslip or Paycheck; updated statement from the last 3 months and bank receipt; deed of purchase and sale of property; audited balance sheet; inheritance documents, donation, prizes, legitimate advance; loan agreement; exchange contract and Annual Report, in the case of an institution headquartered abroad.
